Since 2009, I've been a Storytime Yoga Teacher and a member of the League of Yogic Storytellers. Initially interested in teaching Storytime Yoga to children, I soon began to see the power and benefit of using story in other classes to give students a unique yogic experience. Stories shape our world. We all have them. Some of us live our lives in certain ways because of these stories we tell ourselves. See your stories. Learn and grow from them, and use them to help you move more freely through the world.
Here's a little bit about Storytime Yoga from their website:
Learn & Play the Storytime Yoga™ Way... Re-Enchant Your World!
Since 2003 Storytime Yoga™ has been a pioneering body-centered education and yoga play therapy program for children and families. Combining the ancient art of oral storytelling with the healing practice of yoga, it's children's yoga like you've never seen it before.

My love of writing is as deep as my love of yoga. As I work with existing stories and learn to use them more frequently, I often see them evolving and sometimes use elements of these stories to create new and unique ones. I'm also interested in Flash Fiction and am hoping to one day write a book combining several stories into one unique compilation. We'll see.
Use the power of story to shape your world!
